Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of GoodCrew Passaic Landscaping, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
GoodCrew Passaic Landscaping provides professional landscaping services including lawn care, landscape design, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree and shrub care, mulching, sod installation, and landscape lighting. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Service estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for larger projects.
Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less. You are responsible for all collection costs, including attorney fees, if payment is not received.
Scheduling and Cancellations
We will make every effort to arrive at scheduled appointment times. However, weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control may cause delays. We will notify you as soon as possible if we need to reschedule.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide safe and clear access to all areas where work will be performed. You are responsible for marking or identifying any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden features on your property.
Please secure pets indoors during service visits. We are not liable for pets that escape or injuries to unsecured pets during our work.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days and we will work to make it right. Plant materials are guaranteed for 30 days from installation, provided they receive proper care and watering.
We are not responsible for damage caused by extreme weather, pests, disease, or improper care after service is completed.
Limitation of Liability
GoodCrew Passaic Landscaping carries liability insurance for property damage and injuries. However, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that caused the damage or injury.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
